Dear Linda,
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the priceless wisdom and prayers I have gained from reading and using our precious work, Miracle Hour. In reading and using your book I have found that it helps me to use my time wisely as well as keeping me focused and encouraging me to exercise my faith.  the prayers in this book are so beautiful; it seemed like the perfect words I needed to communicate with my God.  It seemed like I had sat down with you and told you my plight.

Everything is included in these prayers--the surrender, forgiveness, spiritual warfare, praise, thanksgiving, repentance, scriptural reflections...it was as if those prayers were custom made just for me, all for my situation.   this will be a book that I will treasure for a long time to come.  Thanks for making this gift so readily available to others.  I will pray for you, your household and your ministry.

I had no idea that when I bought the Miracle Hour book that my life would change so much.  It has only been a week since I started spending an hour in prayer with God, with the help of your book, but those hours have released new revelation of God and His love for me and just what freedom means.  He has broken bondages I was aware of and those I was unaware of.  I have been a child of the Most High since February 2000 and I must admit it was a rough period since then.  I asked the Lord how to pray effectively so that I can go a step further into His arms and He led me to your book.  May the Father of the Heavenly Lights bless you mightily in your going out and coming in.

Recently I received the Miracle Hour when I was most needing it, when I was questioning how to pray and feeling a bit lost about the subject of prayer. I simply asked God one day to show me how to pray, to give me the words to use, to help me. The very next day a total stranger came up tome at church and said she felt I might enjoy this booklet! I thank her and she left as I stood there in amazement. God had actually heard me and answered my prayer!! I've been following his path ever since and now want to share it with others. Noreen.

Last night in Adoration I came across your book and used it. My God, I cried and cried as God showed me some things that I didn't know existed. Dear Linda,
I wanted to keep you informed about what has happened with the prayer of protection against violence and terrorism (look in prayers for healing page of web site) that you sent to us in Mexico city.  When we received this prayer we encouraged many friends and groups to promote it and pray it devotedly, and they did.  At the end of last year, some friends who suffered in their families from kidnapping, torture and murder of one of their sons, has the opportunity to speak to the Mexican Episcopal Conference in one of their Plenary meetings.  Together with them, we thought that why not propose a project to promote "one full week of national praying and one day of fasting' also at the national level.  The idea was very well received by all the bishops who offered their full support, including the Cardinal of Mexico city who offered to start the week by celebrating Mass at the Cathedral of Mexico.  We have also contacted Jewish communities, the Orthodox, Anglican, Lutherans, Maronites, etc. and we are all going to be united.  We sent your prayer to the Episcopal Conference and the Archbishops and your prayer will be used as one of the two prayers that are going to be promoted nationally.  We have also contacted most of the Catholic lay associations, prayer groups, communities of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, convents, etc,.  I thought it was extremely important for you to know all this, for others to join in prayer.  Sincerely, RM

My name is Bob and I work for the Federal Government.  For 25 years my wife and I were lost and didn't know who Jesus was.  We moved across the country to the East coast one winter, not knowing what God had planned for us.  We had bad problems with family members too. One night when my wife and I were at our lowest point, with no love left between us, we both went outside the house and looked up at the night sky.  I said to my wife, "Let's both ask God to help us."  So we held each other and asked God to put His hand on us and remove all the evil and wickedness that was around us.  A calmness came over us.  I will never forget that moment.  We both agreed to stand on the word of God. Our lives took a 360 degree turn for the better.  We agreed to find a good Bible church.  Now we know who the King is, and who the Lord is--the Son of the Living God, Jesus.  We now both work for Jesus and have surrendered to Him. We were at a book sale the other day and came across your book called MIRACLE HOUR.  After we bought it I felt the Holy Spirit move me to stop the car, get your book out of the trunk, and have my wife drive.  I opened it and started to read, and the words leaped off the pages and filled my soul.  I recognized Jesus talking to me in chapter after chapter.  My old self fell away and a new spirit filled me.  My wife is reading your book, and we are passing the words of Jesus on to others.  Thank you for surrendering to Jesus so we can all hear and learn from Jesus.  I love you.  BB.

A little over a year ago I thought prayer was boring. I didn't know how to pray, but one Sunday afternoon I asked God to teach me to pray and give me the desire to pray. It changed my whole life. A year later I was asked to coordinate 24 hours of prayer for our retreat. I figured out 24 one hour time slots throughout the weekend from 10 PM Friday until 6 AM Sunday, through all the time except when speakers where talking and during concert of prayer. Knowing how I had felt about prayer a year ago I was worried about trying to get people to sign up to commit to pray for a whole hour. I mean, what can you possibly pray for an hour for? Then a friend of a friend who is a missionary in China happened to be home and happened to have a couple copies of Miracle Hour. I said, "This is just what I need." So he gave me a copy to keep and I was going to put it in the prayer cabin during the retreat so people could use it for their prayer time. Before going on the retreat, however, I decided that if I was going to encourage people to pray for an hour and use your book, I had better try it out myself. So I did the Miracle Hour. Wow!! God is good. It was incredible. That was the first time I have ever heard God speak to me and very clearly too. He told me many things that day, but the most important thing He said to me is "I love you my child." Linda, after 27 years of looking for love in all the wrong places I can't tell you in words what an impact that moment had on my life. We are now getting ready for another retreat and I want to be sure everyone who signs up has their own Miracle Hour to take home. Love in Christ.

I want to tell you how I got the gift of tongues and forgiveness. The first day (of the retreat in Canada) I asked for your help to forgive someone who is near to me, but you were in a hurry and just told me, "I will remember you in my prayers," and you left. It was so discouraging to me that I went to my bedroom and talked to Jesus on the cross about my disappointment in you. Somehow, forgiveness was flooding into my heart with the strong sense of your praying for me. The next day I asked for your help to get the gift of tongues. You said, "I will pray for it for you." As soon as I heard this, I felt that I already received it that instant. Some of my friends and I went to my room to practice and I got it right away. I thanked God and you. I have attended many retreats besides yours, and most of the leaders used their strength in faith to lead us into the Holy Spirit. You were different. It seemed like you didn't have any special powers or gifts. You only let the Holy Spirit flood and work upon us. This brought me even closer to the Holy Spirit than ever before. It was so unique. Dear Linda,
I came to the meeting (in South Africa) feeling hurt, sore and rather sorry for myself for I was so tired of always having to fight the pain (fibromyalgia). Your first sharing on your life was very touching. I could see how God in His mercy picks some of His flowers at a tender age to walk the briers and cobbles of life with Him, then later using them to draw others into His care and love. Later, when you anointed me with oil and put your hand on my head, I have never experienced such a surge of power. You spoke with such power and authority, it was like a flash of lightening, an electric shock which did not hurt. The Holy Spirit just poured His healing peace into my troubled heart, mind and soul. When you moved on, I just stood there in awe and amazement at God's power. I returned to my chair. The awareness of what had happened was too remarkable to believe at first: THE PAIN WAS GONE. For the first time for as long as I can remember, all the tension, anxiety, fear, stiffness, soreness of body, just melted away under the healing touch of the Lord. slowly I moved my head right then left, leaned forward a little, and knew I was no longer sore. I wanted to jump up shouting "I am healed!" but didn't want to make a fool of myself so I just rejoiced and thanked God, over and over again. At lunch time I had purchased four of your books and taken them to my car, laboring up the steps back to the hall. When during the course of the afternoon you said that you would be signing the books, I decided I must fetch them from the car at the end of the meeting. To my surprise I ran up the flight of steps back to the hall like a teenager; no pain, no stiffness. Praise be to God. Later on Sunday morning I awoke early and was really a little scared to move. First my hands: no they were not as stiff. Then I sat up, put my feet out of bed, circled my arms around and low and behold I could move. I didn't need to do exercises to loosen the joints; did not need my massager to get the muscles going. I was like a teenager, dancing around the bedroom praising and thanking God for the miracle. At Mass that morning I continued to give thanks and praise, and at work the following week I have managed with a clear head and singing heart. Glory to God on high. Pat D., South Africa

Dear Linda,
Over a year ago I received your December 1996 newsletter. In that newsletter you published a note from Jenny and her witness of being in the enemy's stronghold that blocked the flow of God's fullness into her life. Those words ("Jesus is your self control") popped off the page for me. I too felt a huge block, a wall, in my life and was crying out for the Lord's help. More importantly I didn't want anything to block the flow of God's fullness in my life. For nine years I'd been struggling with overeating. I tried to control it but kept losing the battle. I just kept eating and gaining. After a move to Chicago I went to the sacrament of confession during advent and confessed my sin of gluttony, for turning to food instead of to the Lord; for abusing my body with unhealthy food and bad habits. In His love and mercy Jesus revealed the block and set me free from the enemy's stronghold of addiction and bondage. By God's grace the remainder of my extra weight is almost gone. I've added running to my exercise program and continue to eat/train/live under the Lord's direction. He truly is my self control, my strength, my endurance. P.S. Do you ever come to the Chicago area? A friend gave me a copy of Miracle Hour and it has opened up a whole new world of prayer. It came at a time when I really needed it. I felt that I had a call from God over a year ago to start an intercessory prayer group in my church, but it wasn't growing; it just had three members. I felt the Lord was telling me to introduce a "telephone prayer chain" but wasn't feeling confident about it. Then my friend gave me Miracle Hour and told me how it had confirmed the way she was praying. She shared what a wonderful relationship with God she had through prayer. Miracle Hour has been such a blessing in my life here in the Marshall Islands. I've actually gone knocking on doors distributing this precious book, with the aid of my four year old son. I spend two hours a day in prayer but I've never felt so close to the Lord as when I use your method. With the use of Miracle Hour the Holy Spirit led a woman through the healing of attention deficit. It was revealed by the Spirit first that there was a problem in the thought process; that this person was not 'working things through' in her mind. Once revealed, the Spirit gave counsel, step by step, and led the person through fears, paranoia, anxiety, worry. The Holy Spirit showed this person how to work through problems. Sometimes this person was given books to read; other times scripture readings; many times words of wisdom and knowledge. At other times the person was inspired to attend prayer sessions in other places; many times people were sent to her. This person never really went to see a counselor; she received counsel directly from the Holy Spirit and indirectly through other means. At a recent life in the Spirit seminar she was healed in her relationship with her father and with God the Father. Her center of being is completely realigned. She has a new sense of being loved by Father God. (M.V. Canada)

It is truly miraculous what has happened as I gave away the first ten copies of Miracle Hour. People told me with tears in their eyes, "This is a blessing from God." "The hour goes by so fast I can't believe it." "My husband took my book for his own." "I have friends I must give this to." My recent joy was when I gave this to my grandson as he left to enter the seminary.
